Shock it Fitness is Rocking it at ERA Central!

Shock It FitnessTwo months ago, we had an idea. A kind of crazy – could be amazing – idea.

One month ago, the gears started to move. The work began. Today that crazy, amazing idea is a reality! Our friends at Shock It Fitness have officially moved in and we couldn’t ask for more motivating and inspiring roommates.

Here’s how it happened. Stephanie Bellanova, Broker Owner of ERA Central Realty Group wanted to create a healthier workplace for her team. Carrie Ward, owner and founder of Shock It Fitness needed a new home for her Fit Crew. Put those two powerhouses together, and we now have the best personal training and group fitness classes around – right here in our Bordentown office located at 3379 Route 206.

Our extra space is now buzzing with a group fitness room and a weight and exercise room for one-on-one personal training. Shock It Fitness is known for offering small group training – giving you the benefits of Carrie’s individual attention which maximizes the results of every activity. Shock It Fitness will continue their signature Strength and Metabolic Conditioning classes, Kickboxing training and is expanding the schedule to include new classes as well.

We’re also excited to offer yoga and Pilates for the first time.”
